Narowboat John Williams have been building yachts and motor-boats to the highest standards on the Norfolk Broads for more than a decade. The extensive boatyard will fit-out other boats by special commission.

We posses that essential experience which allows us to blend the latest in modern materials with traditional skills.

A Selection of Perfection


Lily Class Yacht 25ft Lily Class Yacht

This 2/3 berth auxiliary yacht is based on a fibreglass hull and has a Mahogany cabin with lifting roof. The rig is a high-peak gunter sloop with wooden mast and spars and the optional engine is either single cylinder diesel or twin petrol. The yacht performance is forgiving to the novice sailor and it will not disappoint the experienced helmsman.

The Firbreglass Dinghy.

Ideal for just messing about on the river or as a highly practical tender to the motor cruiser, the dinghy is available for rowing or sailing and we use one with an electric outboard motor.

Electric Launch 21ft Edwardian styled Regatta Saloon launch.

Designed by Andrew Wostenhome, this launch recreates he elegance of the early years of motor boating. The hull and cabin top are moulded in GRP. The cabin reflects traditional craftsmanship with beautifully finished hardwoods, sumptuous upholstery and highly polished brass fittings. the height of luxury available with electric, diesel or petrol motors and fitted to individual specifications.

Following the success of two 31ft launches supplied to the Republic of South Africa 2 years aga, John Williams Boats of Stalham, Norfolk have won the contract to supply the tooling and equipment to set up the manufacture of a new all fibreglass 23ft electric passenger carrying vessel in South Africa. The launches are for use in the new theme park being developed near to Cape Town

The huge theme park has three natural lakes which are to be linked by man made canals and the electric launches are to be the only means of transport in the park.
